An Out of the Ordinary Experience
Dining at 1915 is always a great experience but what if you could have the whole place to yourself with a chef and sommelier dedicated to ensuring you have the ultimate dining experience in the area? Seated at our bar, with a maximum of 8 guests (minimum of 4), you will watch as preparation and cooking techniques are demonstrated. Taste ingredients and discuss recipes with the chef. Talk wine pairings with our Sommelier. The experience is whatever you make of it.

Watch while 1915 Assistant Chef Ariel Followel prepares a creative dinner that explores the season's bounty and flavors from around the world. Your experience wouldn't be complete without one of our sommeliers to perfectly pair the evenings delicacies with amazing wines, beers and cocktails.
The Details
This dining experience is a chefs tasting menu exploring local and regional ingredients available by the season. The menu will be set the day of the experience. Please make sure that you let us know of any allergies or foods to avoid. This event requires a minimum of 4 guests. If a particular date does not meet the minimum an alternate date may be suggested or a refund issued. The cost of the event is per person, tax will be added at check out, however gratuity will be at your discretion while attending the event and is NOT included in the cost of the event.
